DATA PROTECTION NOTICE ACCORDING TO ART. 13 D. LGS. NO. 196/2003 (LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA)

According to the law on protection of personal data, the Consorzio di Promozione Turistica Marca Treviso, in the capacity of data controller (“Controller”) provides the following information regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data will be processed within the Data Processor’s activity for the following purposes:

a) to establish, formulate and modify the intermediary service;

b) to perform the obligations provided by the law, Community rules or regulations.

2. Method of Processing

In relation to the above purposes, your personal data will be processed using manual and automated methods guaranteeing privacy and safety.

3. Provision of data

In relation to the purposes sub a) and b), you must give us your personal data because without them it would be impossible to achieve the agreement with the Controller. The relative processing operations do not require your consent as they are necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and/or the requested services and also to comply with the law.

4. Categories of subjects to whom your personal data may be passed, or who may see them while acting as Data Processors or delegates

Your personal data may be seen by the internal and external employees and collaborators of the Controller and the subjects that supply instrumental services for the above purposes (as, for example, technical services for the management of the information systems…). These subjects act as Data Processors or delegates.

The information may be passed to third parties, commercial partners of Marca Treviso, who perform functions connected with the execution of the agreement, also outside the national territory, including non-EU countries.

5. Rights of the person concerned

Lastly we inform you the law on protection of personal data gives you the possibility to exercise specific rights. You can obtain confirmation on whether or not your personal data exists and request the updating, correction or, if you are interested, integration of the data as well as deletion, transformation into an anonymous format or blockage of the data processed in breach of the law.

6. Controller and/or person responsible for the processing

The Controler will give you confirmation in the case of the assertion of rights set out in the previous point. All requests should be forwarded in writing to “Consorzio di Promozione Turistica Marca Treviso - Via Venier, 55 - I-31100 Treviso” or emailed to info@marcatreviso.it indicating the subject “Treatment of Personal Data”.
